This completely rebuilt (year 2004) exclusive holiday villa with private pool is situated directly by the sea, in the very centre of picturesque Sumartin, a small fishing village on the south-eastern coastline of Brac Island. Sumarrtin is connected to Makarska on the mainland by ferry. Because of its central location in Sumartin, this holiday villa is situated in the immediate vicinity of local shops, restaurants and cafes. Beautiful rock and pebble beaches can be found only 300 m away from the villa. Guests are free to enjoy this high quality furnished traditional Dalmatian stone villa all to themselves. Two private shaded parking spaces are located in front of the villa. This air-conditioned holiday house is rated 1st category (****) and offers 100 m² of floor space as well as 500 m² of yard and garden area. The villa is equipped with an internet connection, clothes washing machine, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, satellite TV, DVD and Hi-Fi music system. In the garden guests will find a 25 m² freshwater swimming pool, deck chairs, barbecue and covered garden terrace with table and chairs. Service includes garden and pool maintenance, change of bed linen every 3 days and daily towel replacement. Guests can arrange additional services with the host including house cleaning as well as car and boat rental. Pets are not welcome. A baby cot and high chair can be provided upon request.

• This luxurious villa for 6 to 8 persons occupies three levels. The lower level of the villa contains an open-style kitchen with dining area, a spacious living room with sofa bed for two persons and a bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop with 4 cookers, oven, refrigerator and deep freezer, dishwasher, hot water boiler (kettle), microwave oven, filter coffee maker and toaster. The 1st floor contains a double-bed room, a room with separate beds and toilet (WC). The highest level contains a room with double-bed, sofa bed for two persons and dedicated bathroom.
