This newly constructed villa with holiday apartments
is located in an exceptionally attractive and quiet location in Premantura
- Pula, on the verge of "Kamenjak" Nature Park, marked by a detailed coastline
and kilometers long beaches. The nearness of the seashore is suited to
a variety of water sports and activities. Outside of the tourist season
this location is open to hunting possibilities, especially in regards to
small game (rabbit, pheasant and quail), as well as competition fishing,
an intensive all year round sport. The villa is located approx. 400 m from
the sea and beaches. A restaurant can be found within 50 m, shop within
200 m, and diving center within 500 m. Boat moorings are available in the
marina, but are not included in the price. Parking is available in front
of the house. Guests can chose from 13 luxury apartments rated 1st category
(****). House pets are not welcome. A common garden barbecue is available
in the yard.
