This completely rebuilt (year 2009) exclusive holiday villa with private pool is situated approximately 100 m from the sea and 200 m from the old town centre of picturesque Sumartin, a small fishing village on the south-eastern coastline of Brac Island. Sumarrtin is connected to Makarska on the mainland by ferry. Because of its proximity to the centre of Sumartin, this holiday villa is situated only several minutes walking distance away from local shops, restaurants and cafes. Beautiful rock and pebble beaches can be found only 100 m away from the villa. Guests are free to enjoy this high quality furnished villa all to themselves. Private parking is located in front of the villa. This air-conditioned holiday house is rated 1st category (****) and offers 220 m² of floor space as well as 250 m² of yard and garden area. The villa is equipped with an internet connection, clothes washing machine and dryer, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, satellite TV, DVD and Hi-Fi music system. In the garden guests will find a 25 m² freshwater swimming pool, deck chairs, barbecue and covered garden terrace with table and chairs. Service includes garden and pool maintenance, change of bed linen every 3 days and daily towel replacement. Guests can arrange additional services with the host including house cleaning as well as car and boat rental. Pets are not welcome. A baby cot and high chair can be provided upon request.

• This luxurious villa for 8 to 12 persons is composed of two self contained apartments connected by an external staircase. The lower level of the villa contains two double-bed rooms, two bathrooms, an open-style kitchen with dining area and spacious living room, sofa bed for two persons as well as a covered terrace with garden furniture and view to the sea. The second apartment is located on the 1st floor and contains two double-bed rooms, two bathrooms, an open-style kitchen with dining area and spacious living room, sofa bed for two persons as well as a covered terrace with garden furniture and a wonderful view to the sea. Both kitchens are equipped with a ceramic cooktop with 4 cookers, oven, refrigerator and deep freezer, dishwasher, hot water boiler (kettle), microwave oven, filter coffee maker and toaster.

• Sojourn tax is payable on the spot upon arrival
