Vodice is a well known coastal tourist centre. The town is situated on a wide bay, 11 km northwest of
Sibenik and almost halfway between Zadar and Split. A 4 km long pebble covered "Plava plaza" (Blue Beach) extends from Vodice to Tribunj offering wonderful bathing opportunities.
"Plava Beach" is suitable for children and also has a large water slide. Countless tiny coves with pebble covered beaches or concrete plateaus beckon bathers to enjoy the clear blue seas. A multitude of sporting opportunities for an active vacation are offered in Hotel Olimpia sporting centre which includes: jet ski and boat hire, parasailing, water skiing, diving and tennis courses, fitness centre... This rather attractive holiday house is set in a tranquil, local access street, in the very centre of Vodice, approx. 100 m from the sea. A shop can be found within 50 m and restaurant within 150 m.
