Kanica is a small and tranquil settlement situated
between Sibenik and Split, not far from Rogoznica and is ideal for a quiet
vacation. In Kanica bay is a series of pebble beaches, concrete plateaus, a
small sandy beach especially suitable for small children, and boat moorings for
smaller sea craft. Also, two national parks are located close by – Krk
Waterfalls (Slapovi Krke) and the Kornati Archipelago, a compulsory item in your
tour programme to do list. This rather attractive luxuriously furnished holiday
house is situated in a tranquil location right beside the sea and beach. Shops
and restaurants can be found in Dvornice, 3 km away. During the summer season,
however, a van laden with basic food supplies visits the settlement daily.
Private parking is located in front of the holiday house. The host does not
dwell in this holiday house. A garden barbecue is available. House pets are
welcome.

This holiday house for 8-10 persons has a floor area of 200 m2.
On ground level is a 40m2 living area with digital sat TV, open fireplace and
sofa bed for two persons, a spacious 35 m2 kitchen with dining area, microwave
oven, bathroom with massage bath and clothes washing machine, as well as a large
terrace with seating furniture, deck chairs and a wonderful view to the sea. 4
spacious double-bed rooms and bathroom with massage shower unit are situated on
the 1st floor.
