Kanica is a small and tranquil settlement situated
between Sibenik and Split, not far from Rogoznica and is ideal for a quiet
vacation. In Kanica bay is a series of pebble beaches, concrete plateaus, a
small sandy beach especially suitable for small children, and boat moorings for
smaller sea craft. Also, two national parks are located close by – Krk
Waterfalls (Slapovi Krke) and the Kornati Archipelago, a compulsory item in your
tour programme to do list. This rather attractive holiday house is situated in a
tranquil location right beside the sea and beaches. Shops and restaurants can be
found in Dvornice, 3 km away. During the summer season, however, a van laden
with basic food supplies visits the settlement daily. Private parking is located
in front of the holiday house. Private boat moorings in front of the house, but
are not included in the price. This holiday house contains 3 apartments rated
1st category (***). The landlords occasionally dwell in this holiday house. A
garden barbecue is available. Clothes washing machine is available for use.

areas are separated by a partition. Bunk beds are located in the sleeping
section. The other section is comprised of the living area with a sofa bed for
two persons, sat TV, air conditioning unit, kitchen unit, bathroom, as well as a
terrace with seating furniture and a wonderful view to the sea.

on the 1st floor. It contains two double bed rooms, bathroom with clothes
washing machine, open style kitchen and living area equipped with sat TV, air
conditioning unit, sofa bed for two persons, fire place, as well as a 20m2
terrace with seating furniture and a wonderful view to the sea.
