This recently constructed, rather attractive family home
is located in a quiet location, amidst a pine forest, close to the ferry
dock in the settlement of Silba on Silba Island. The sea and beach are
only 100 m away, while the village center with its variety of shops, bars
and restaurants is 300 m away from the house. Guests have access to a lovely
nurtured garden with outdoor shower, garden seating furniture and barbecue.
The host rents boats, tennis and surf gear, and can organizes tennis coaching
for those inclined. This exquisitely furnished apartment offers Sat TV,
mounted safe and washing machine. Heating is available, making this house
appropriate for use all year round. Boat mooring is available in the marina,
but is not included in the price. House pets are welcome.
