Porec is without doubt one of the most renowned Croatian
tourist destinations, not only because of its multitude of historic sites, but

luxurious holiday villa is situated amidst luxurious stone villas, in a quite
setting in the settlement of Baran, not far from Visnjan, approximately 15 km
away from Poreć. The centre of Visnjan with its shops and restaurants is only 2
km away. In the lush, nurtured private 800 m2 private garden which is abundantly
adorned with Mediterranean foliage, guests have access to a large 4 x 8 m pool,
sunbathing terrace with sun lounges, garden seating furniture and barbecue. This
stone built villa is secured with an alarm system and safe. A welcome package is
included in the price. 24 hr guest service, replacement of bed and bathroom
linens (including bathrobes) every third day, regular cleaning and servicing of
villa, garden and pool, in-house guest reception by guest liaison officer,
including a villa orientation program and information regarding points of
interest and happenings within the region. If you wish, your guest liaison
officer can plan all activities during your stay. Additional services are
offered, such as clothes washing and ironing, room service, child care, delivery
of groceries, catering, luxurious speed boat rental or excursions, private
panoramic flights, decoration of villa for special occasions, event management,
reservation of tables in restaurants and tickets to shows, organisation of
excursions, transfers, car rental as well as special equipment/apparatus rental.
A mobile phone is available for use during your stay with free calls to
management. House pets only by enquiry. Two shaded parking spaces are located in
the yard. Two additional beds as well as a child crib can be provided upon
demand.

two rooms with large double-bed, two bathrooms with clothes washing machine, hair dryer and toiletries, fully equipped kitchen with dish washer, toaster, coffee machine, vacuum machine, iron and ironing board, dining room for
6 people and spacious living room with open fireplace, sat TV and plasma television. In the upper level of the villa
is one bedrooms with large double-bed and on suite bathroom with hair dryer and toiletries.
The room has also a furnished balcony. A large 4 x 8 m swimming pool, sunbathing terrace with sun lounges, garden seating furniture and barbecue are located in the garden.
