This holiday house is situated in an exceptionally attractive and quiet location in Premantura - Pula, on the verge of "Kamenjak" Nature Park, marked by a detailed coastline and kilometre long beaches. The nearness of the seashore is suited to a variety of water sports and activities. Outside of the tourist season this location is open to hunting possibilities, especially in regards to small game (rabbit, pheasant and quail), as well as competition fishing, an intensive year round sport. This holiday house is located approx. 400 m from the sea and beaches. A restaurant can be found within 50 m, shop within 200 m, and diving centre within 500 m. Boat mooring is available in the marina, but is not included in the price. Parking is available in front of this holiday house. Guests can choose from 5 apartments rated 1st category (***).
