This rather attractive holiday house is located in a lovely
yet tranquil location in Smolici, a small, typically Istrian community
approximately 2 km away from the town of Rabac, and about 1 km away from the
town of Labin – the cultural and historic centre on the east coast of Istria.
Countless swimming opportunities are offered along the coastline while a wide
variety of sports and recreation possibilities are available in Rabac. A shop
can be found within 1 km and the closest restaurant within 800 m. This holiday
house contains one apartment rated 1st category (***). The landlords do not
dwell in this holiday house. Parking is located in front of the holiday house. A
barbecue and garden seating furniture is available for use in the large garden.
House pets are not welcome. Boat trips can be arranged with the friendly host.
The same host hires out deck chairs and beach umbrellas on Rabac beach, which
are available at no additional charge to house guests.
