Punat Marina and the seaside promenade. A shop can be found within 50 m and a
tranquil restaurant with a lovely terrace is situated on the ground floor of the
house itself. Offered are a la carte specialties as well as breakfast. This

parking is located in front of the house. A private boat mooring for smaller
vessels (up to 8 m) is located in the port in front of the house. Larger vessels
can be accommodated in Punat Marina. Clothes washing machine is available. House
pets are welcome.

located on the 2nd floor. The lower level contains two double-bed rooms, two
bathrooms, kitchen, a rather spacious living room with sat TV, air conditioning unit, and 30 m2 furnished and shaded terrace
with a lovely view to the sea. The upper level of the gallery contains two double bed room.
