This newly built (year 2007) residential building is located in an attractive yet tranquil location in the neighbourhood of Majerovica, in the western green part of Hvar Town. The building is situated only 80 meters away from the sea and pebble beach. The old town centre of Hvar is 1.5 kilometres away, or a 20 min. pleasant walk via the romantic seaside promenade. Nearby hotels provide a rich offering of Wellness & Spa services. Restaurants can be found within 200 m and shops within 50 m. Guests are free to enjoy this holiday house all to themselves. Private parking is located in front of this residential building. This air-conditioned holiday house is rated 1st category (***) and offers two apartments on each floor level. Apartments are equipped with an internet connection, telephone with direct access, hairdryer and satellite TV. Ground level apartments no.1-2 and apartments no. 3-4 on the 1st floor do not have a view to the sea. Apartments no. 5-6 on the 2nd floor offer a view to the sea and Paklene Islands. Service includes change of bed linen every 3 days, daily house cleaning and towel replacement, as well as a 24 hour service where guests can arrange additional services such as ironing of clothes, car and boat rental. Pets are not welcome. A baby cot and high chair can be provided upon request.

• Apartmentsfor 4 to 5 persons, approx. 60 m2 floor area, contain two double-bed rooms, two bathrooms, spacious open style kitchen with dining and living area, sofa bed for one person, as well as a large covered terrace with seating furniture. Kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop with 4 cookers, refrigerator with icebox, filter coffee maker and toaster.
