This rather attractive, exclusive holiday villa, is situated in an exceptionally appealing location in the small fishing township of Stikovica, right beside the sea and pebble beach. Stikovica is situated in Zaton Bay, approximately 8 km away from Dubrovnik. Restaurants can be found within 100 m and free transfer is offered to shops 3 km away. Private parking is available in front of the villa. This holiday house offers 8 apartments and 1 room rated 1st category (****). Available to guests is a large garden terrace with plentiful sets of outdoor seating furniture, large garden barbecue and summer cook-house.
