This rather attractive holiday house is located in a
peaceful setting in Crikvenica, approximately 150 m from the sea. Shop
and restaurant can be found within 50 m while the center of Crikvenica
is 400 m away. This holiday house contains three apartments rated 1st category
(***) and is centrally heated. Private, shaded parking is available in
the yard in front of the house, or a garage is available in which case
a surcharge applies. Boat moorings are available in the small port approximately
250 m away, but is not included in the price. A barbecue and small swimming
pool is located in the garden. Washing machine is available. House pets
are not welcome. Breakfast can be arranged with the host.
