This rather attractive, exclusive holiday villa is located
in an idyllic and exceptionally quiet location, immediately by the
sea in a private bay, beside a private beach. This large estate, covered
in Mediterranean vegetation, is situated on Ostro Peninsula near Kraljevica,
half way between Rijeka and Crikvenica. Shops and restaurants can be found
within 500 m. In the garden you will find a heated swimming pool with saltwater
and views to the sea, a large sunbathing area with sun lounges and umbrellas,
jacuzzi, garden barbecue, as well as a number of terraces with outdoor
tables in a park setting. Onsite and fenced off private parking is available.
Boat moorings (buoy or pier) are available in front of the house, but are
not included in the price. Guests can chose from five (5) luxurious apartments
rated 1st category (****). One apartment is located in a separate bungalow
and enjoys private vehicular access and parking, as well as an enclosed,
separate terrace. All apartments are equipped with sat TV, air conditioning,
telephone, internet connection, and microwave oven. Washing machine (for
clothing) is available. House pets are welcome only in apartment 5.

Apartments No.1 and 3 for 2-4
persons each contain a double-bed room, bathroom, open style kitchen with
dining and lounge area, two supplementary sleeping spaces and a furnished
terrace with a view to the sea. Apartment No.1 is located at ground level
while apartment No.3 is located on the 1st floor.

Studio apartments No.2 and 4
for 2-3 persons each contain a double-bed room, bathroom, open style kitchen
with dining and lounge area, supplementary sleeping space and furnished
terrace with a view to the sea. Apartment No.2 is located at ground level
while apartment No.4 is located on the 1st floor.

Apartment No.5 for 4-6 persons
is located in a separate bungalow and contains two double-bed rooms, bathroom
with washing machine, open style kitchen with dishwasher, dining and lounge
room, two supplementary sleeping spaces and furnished terrace with a view
to the sea.
