Pucisca is located at the base of a deep bay 22 km east of Supetar ferry pier, a stopover on the Split-Brac ferry route. After Supetar, Pucisca is the largest settlement on the northern coast of Brać Island. Pucisca School of Stone Masonry enjoys a worldwide reputation. It is the only one of its kind in Croatia and amongst a rare few in Europe. This completely rebuilt (year 2003) holiday house with 3 apartments is rated 1st category (***) and is situated on a slight elevation above the bay, approx. 300 m from the sea and 5 minutes walk away from the centre of town. A multitude of shops, restaurants and cafes can be found in the centre. Guests are free to enjoy this holiday house all to themselves. Three private parking spaces are located in front of the house. Service includes change of bed linen every 3 days and daily towel replacement. Guests can arrange additional services with the host including house cleaning as well as car and boat rental. Pets are welcome. A baby cot and high chair can be provided upon request.

• Apartment No.1 for 2 persons, approx. 30 m² floor area, is located on ground level. Apartment contains a double-bed room, bathroom, open style kitchen with dining area, as well as a large covered terrace with seating furniture. The apartment offers internet connection, air-conditioning, hairdryer, iron, ironing board and satellite TV. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop with 4 cookers, refrigerator and deep freezer, filter coffee maker and toaster.

• Apartment No.2 for 2 to 4 persons, approx. 50 m² floor area, is located on ground level. Apartment contains a double-bed room, bathroom, open style kitchen with dining and living area, sofa bed for two persons, as well as a large covered terrace with seating furniture and a view to the sea. The apartment offers internet connection, air-conditioning, hairdryer, iron, ironing board and satellite TV. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop with 4 cookers, refrigerator and deep freezer, filter coffee maker and toaster.

• Apartment No.3 for 6 to 8 persons, approx. 80 m2 floor area, is located on the 1st floor. Apartment contains two double-bed rooms, a room with separate beds, two bathrooms, open style kitchen with dining and living area, sofa bed for two persons, as well as a large terrace with seating furniture and a view to the sea. The apartment offers barbecue, air-conditioning, internet connection, clothes washing machine, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, satellite TV, DVD and Hi-Fi music system. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop with 4 cookers, oven, refrigerator and deep freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, filter coffee maker and toaster.

Discounts/other:

• Sojourn tax is payable on the spot upon arrival
  - shoulder season: € 0.80 € per person per day
  - high season (01.JUL to 31 AUG): € 1.00 per person per day
  - children 0-12 years: exempt from sojourn tax
  - children 12-18 years: 50% of sojourn tax
• Terms of Payment: deposit at time of reservation and balance one month prior to arrival or up to the 1st of June.
