This completely rebuilt (year 2008) holiday house is situated in a tranquil location amidst a pine forest only 50 m away from the sea and 200 m from the centre of Milna on Brac Island. Milna is located 20 km southwest of Supetar ferry pier, a stopover on the Split-Brac ferry route. Because of its numerous sand and pebble beach coves, Milna is particularly favoured by families with small children, while navigators consider it to be the safest harbour on Brac Island. Because of its proximity to the town centre, this holiday house is situated close to local shops, restaurants and cafes. Lovely sand and pebble beaches are situated approx. 1,000 m away. Guests are free to enjoy this holiday house all to themselves. Public parking can be found along the seaside promenade at the foot of the house. This air-conditioned holiday house is rated 1st category (***) and offers 130 m² of floor space as well as 300 m² of yard and garden area. The villa is equipped with a clothes washing machine, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, satellite TV, DVD and Hi-Fi music system. In the garden guests will find a barbecue and a covered terrace with table and chairs. Service includes garden maintenance, change of bed linen every 3 days and daily towel replacement. Guests can arrange additional services with the host including house cleaning as well as car and boat rental. Pets are not welcome. A baby cot and high chair can be provided upon request.

• This villa for 6 to 8 persons contains a ground level with double-bed room, bathroom, open-style kitchen with dining area, spacious living room with sofa bed for two persons, as well as a covered terrace with a view to the sea. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop with 4 cookers, oven, refrigerator and deep freezer, dishwasher and toaster. The upper loft area contains two rooms with separate beds, bathroom and balcony with a view to the sea.
