This lovely holiday house is located in an attractive yet peaceful setting in the township of Kampor. It is situated on a small hill about 300 m from the sea and "Mel" Beach, a famous, large and particularly shallow sand beach. The town centre with its grocery stores and restaurants is also about 300 m away. Shaded onsite parking is available in front of this holiday house. Private boat moorings are available in Punta Kampor Marina, close to the holiday house, but are not included in the price. This holiday house offers two 1st category (***) apartments. Guests have at their disposal a garden barbecue facility as well as a common terrace with seating furniture. Small pets are welcome. A child cot can be provided upon request. Iron, ironing board and use of clothes washing machine can be arranged with the host. Internet connection is available or possible in this holiday house.

It contains two double-bed rooms, bathroom, spacious kitchen with dining and living area with sofa bed for two, as well as a balcony and large shaded terrace with seating furniture. The apartment is air-conditioned and has satellite television. The kitchen is equipped with a stove (4 hotplates), oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, and filter coffee maker.
