This rather attractive holiday house is set in a tranquil location in the upper area of the Old Town Centre of Rab Town, not far from the sea and municipal beach. Numerous shops, restaurants and cafes can be found nearby. As with all houses in town, private parking is not available. By acquiring a permit, however, motor vehicles can be parked in designated areas within town, free of charge. Boat moorings can be obtained in Rab Harbour, but are not included in the price. This holiday house contains one apartment and one room rated 1st category (***). Clothes washing machine is available for use. House pets are welcome.

Room no.1 for 2 to 3 persons, approx. 18 m2 floor area, is located on the 1st floor. Room contains a double bed, additional bed, air conditioning unit, bathroom, and a common furnished terrace.

 Apartment no.2 for 2 to 3 persons, approx. 40 m2 floor area, is located in the attic. Apartment contains a double-bed room, bathroom, open-style kitchen with living area, sat TV, air conditioning unit and sofa bed for one person, as well as a furnished terrace with a view to the old town centre.
