This holiday house is set in a tranquil location in the old town centre close to the town harbour and central park. Numerous shops, restaurants and cafes can be found nearby. As with all houses in town, private parking is not available, although direct property access is permissible for the purpose of loading and unloading. By acquiring a permit, however, motor vehicles can be parked in designated areas within town, free of charge. Boat moorings can be obtained in Rab Harbour, but are not included in the price. This apartment is rated 1st category (***) and is situated in a residential building. House pets are welcome.
