This rather attractive holiday house is located in a central
yet quiet setting in Lopar, only 100 m from the sea and beach. A restaurant can
be found within 50 m and shop within 100 m. Onsite private parking is available.
Boat moorings can be obtained in the harbour, but are not included in the price.
Two 1st category (***) holiday apartments are offered. Garden barbecue and
clothes washing machine are available for use. House pets are not welcome. A
child cot is available upon request.

for 6-7 persons, 125 m2 floor area, is located on the 1st floor. It contains two
rooms with large double-beds, one room with large double-bed and additional
single bed, two bathrooms, open style kitchen with dining and living area, sat
TV, microwave oven, as well as a large terrace with seating furniture and a view
to the sea.

for 4-5 persons, 100 m2 floor area, is located in the loft. It contains two
rooms with large double-beds, bathroom, kitchen with microwave oven, dining room,
living area with additional single bed, sat TV, air conditioning unit, as well
as a large terrace with seating furniture and a view to the sea.
