This rather attractive holiday villa is situated in a
tranquil location in Palit, about 100 m from the sea. A restaurant can be found
within 50 m and shop within 900 m. The town of Rab is 1 km away via the seaside
promenade. Shaded on-site parking is available in the yard area. Moorings for
sea craft are available in the small harbour in Palit, but are not included in
the price. This exclusive villa contains 6 exquisitely decorated and furnished
apartments rated 1st category (****). Internet connection, telephone and fax are
available for use in the reception area. In the garden area you will find a
common pool with heated water and "swimming against the current" function,
children's pool, solar heated showers, garden barbecue facility, garden seating
furniture as well as deck chairs. House pets are not welcome.
