This simple house is located in the old town center close to
the sea and beach. Countless shops, restaurants and cafes can be found in the
immediate vicinity. Private parking is not available, as is the case with all
houses in town. By acquiring a parking permit, however, you can park in
designated areas without charge. Boats moorings can be acquired in Rab harbor
but are not included in the price. This house contains two simple apartments and
two holiday rooms rated II. category (**). Garden barbecue and outdoor seating
furniture is available in the interior yard. House pets are welcome.
