This family home is situated in a quiet location in Lopar,
away from the main road, approximately 100 m from the sea and 300 m from
the beach. A shop and marina is located within 100 m, while a restaurant
can be found in the immediate vicinity. On site parking is available.
Boat moorings are available in the marina but are not included in the price.

Apartment No.1, quite attractive, floor area of 100
m2, rated 1st category (***), for 4-6 persons (possibility of accommodating
up to 8 people), is located on the first floor. Guests have use of three
bedrooms with double beds, a large living room (which guests can choose
to use as a bedroom), bathroom, kitchen with dining area and large terrace
with a view to the sea.

it has an additional bathroom and is located on the ground floor.
