This rather attractive, newly constructed holiday house
is located in an exceptionally quiet area of Palit.
Approximately 500 m from the sea and only 10 minutes walk away from the
old town center of the Rab Town. A restaurant and shop can be found within
300 m. Private parking is available in front of the house. Boat moorings
are available in the town's ACI marina, but are not included in the price.
The house contains two holiday apartments rated 1st category (****). Use
of washing machine (for clothing) is available. House pets are not welcome.

Apartment No.1 for 4-7 persons is located on the 1st
floor and contains two double-bed rooms, a supplementary sleeping space,
two bathrooms, kitchen with dining area, spacious lounge room with sofa
bed for two children or one adult, sat TV and a furnished terrace with
a view to the sea.

Apartment No.2 for 2-3 persons is located on the 1st
floor and contains a double-bed room, bathroom, kitchen with dining area,
supplementary sleeping space, sat TV, air conditioner and furnished terrace.
