This beautiful holiday house is situated in a central, yet quiet location in
Lopar, approximately 100 m from the sea. A shop can be found within approx. 100 m. Probably the finest seafood restaurant on Rab Island with a long-established tradition is located within the house on ground level. Fresh fish from the owner's daily catch as well as tasty yet affordable meat dishes are the trademark of "Ancona" cellar. Every dmmedia visitor is entitled to a 10% discount on food and beverage consumption upon presentation of our coupon. Private parking is available in front of the house. Private moorings available in the small harbour not far from the house, but are not included in the price. The house contains two spacious, newly constructed apartments rated 1st category (****). Half pension and catering can be arranged. Fishing trips can also be arranged with the host, after which your catch will be served on your apartment terrace. Home made wine and rakija (traditional grape spirit) can be obtained from the host. House pets are not welcome.

Exclusive apartment No.1 for 4 to 6 persons, approx. 100 m2 floor area, is located on the 1st floor. Apartment contains two double-bed rooms, bathroom, open style kitchen, dining and spacious living area with sofa bed for two children or one adult, sat TV, as well as a large, covered terrace with a beautiful view to the sea and sunset.

Exclusive apartment No.2 for 6 to 7 persons, approx. 100 m2 floor area, is located in the loft. Apartment contains three double-bed rooms, bathroom, open style kitchen with microwave oven and dining area, living area with sofa bed for one person, sat TV, as well as a large, covered terrace with a beautiful view to the sea and sunset.
