A shop is located within 20 m and restaurant within 200 m. Private on-site parking is available in the yard area. Private boat mooring is available in the Punta Kampor Marina, but is not included in the price. Barbecue and outdoor seating furniture is available in the nurtured garden. Wellness program includes 9 x 4.5 m freshwater swimming pool offering swimming against the current, underwater reflector for night bathing, as well as deck chairs and beach umbrellas. A bar and fitness room is situated by the pool. House pets are welcome.
