This rather attractive holiday house is located in a
quiet setting in Lokva Rogoznica near Omis/Split, right by the sea. Lokva
Rogoznica is located 28 km south of Split. The nearest town, Omis, is 8
km away. Most beaches in Lokva Rogoznica are stony, but there are sandy
beaches as well. Pine forests stretch virtually into the sea, providing
bathers with necessary shade. Shops and restaurants can be found within
300 m. Private, shaded parking. Boat moorings are available in the marina
(but are not included in the price). The house contains 2 apartments rated
1st category (***). Garden barbecue. Clothes washing machine is available.
House pets are not welcome. Boat excursions to nearby Brac or Makarska,
as well as boat hire and dinner, can be arranged with the host. During
shoulder period one excursion is included at not extra cost.
