Ciovo Island is connected to the mainland by bridge,
situated opposite Trogir and a stone throw away from Split. This rather
attractive holiday house is located in a quiet location in the settlement
of Okrug Gornji only 50 m from the sea and beach. Beaches on Ciovo Island
are generally pebbled and pine tree forests reach almost into the sea itself.
A restaurant can be found within 100m and shop within 200m. A van delivers
fresh bread and bakery products daily while breakfast can be arranged with
the host. Shaded parking in front of the house. Private boat moorings (buoys)
available at 5 EUR/day. The house is surrounded with Mediterranean vegetation
and contains 3 apartments rated 1st category (***), each one offering fantastic
views to the open sea, all the way to the islands of Solta, Brac and Hvar.
Garden barbecue and outdoor shower booths. Use of washing machine. House
pets are not welcome.

4-7 persons is located on the 1st floor and contains two double-bed rooms,
a supplementary sleeping space, bathroom, open style kitchen with dining
area and lounge room with two supplementary sleeping spaces, sat TV, air
conditioning and a 40m2 large terrace with seating furniture, deck chairs
and a view to the sea.

2-4 persons are located on the 2nd floor and each contain a double-bed
room, bathroom, kitchen with dining area and two supplementary sleeping
spaces, sat TV, air conditioning and a furnished terrace with a view to
the sea.
