Apartment pension "Seka" is located in a quiet and attractive setting in Lopar – San Marino, only 300 m from Paradise Beach.

A small and tranquil restaurant is located at ground level, enabling you to arrange lunch and dinner directly with the host. Here you can chose from reasonably priced delicious daily menus or a la carte fish and meat specialties. 

Supplies are available in a local market 100 m away. Shaded parking is available on site. Boat moorings are available in San Marino harbor, but are not included in the price. The house contains 2 apartments and 6 studio apartments rated 1st category (***), all equipped with kitchen or kitchenette, sat TV, air conditioning and room ventilators. Garden barbecue facility and outdoor seating furniture is available for shared use on the 70 m2 garden terrace. Outdoor showers available. House pets are not welcome.

• Studio apartment no.1 for 2-3 persons, approx. 25 m2 floor area, is located at ground level and contains a double-bed room, supplementary sleeping space, bathroom, kitchenette with dining area, air conditioning unit, satTV and garden terrace.

• Studio apartment no.2 for 2-3 persons, approx. 19 m2 floor area, is located at ground level and contains a double-bed room, bathroom, kitchenette with dining area, air conditioning unit, satTV and garden terrace.

• Studio apartments no.3-4 for 2 persons, approx. 16 m2 floor area, are located at ground level and each contain a double-bed room, bathroom, kitchenette with dining area, air conditioning unit, satTV and garden terrace.

• Studio apartments no.5-6 for 2-3 persons, approx. 25 m2 floor area, are located on the 1st floor and each contain a double-bed room, supplementary sleeping space, bathroom, kitchenette with dining area, air conditioning unit, satTV and balcony or terrace.

• Apartments no.7-8 for 4-5 persons, approx. 45 m2 floor area, are located on the 2nd floor and each contain two double-bed rooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, lounge room with supplementary sleeping space, air conditioning unit, satTV and furnished terrace.
