This rather attractive, recently renovated holiday house, is located in a tranquil location in Palit, approx. 100 m from the sea and municipal “Skver” Beach, not far from the old town centre of Rab town. The closest restaurant can be found within 50 m and shop within 500 m. On-site parking is available. Private boat moorings are available in the harbour near the house, but are not included in the price. The house contains three holiday apartments and one room (breakfast included) - all rated 1st category (***). Central heating makes this house appropriate even during colder seasons. Guests have access to a lovely nurtured garden with barbecue and a large common breakfast room with sat TV and shaded garden terrace. A child cot can be arranged upon request. Breakfast can be provided to apartment guests as well. Use of clothes washing machine can be arranged with the host. House pets are not welcome.

Apartment contains a room with separate beds, bathroom, open style kitchen with dining area as well as large terrace with seating furniture. Apartment is air conditioned and is equipped with satellite TV. Kitchen is equipped with a cooktop with 2 cookers, oven, dishwashing machine, refrigerator with icebox, hot water kettle and filter coffee maker.

Apartment contains a room with double bed and balcony with seating furniture, as well as a room with separate beds and additional bed which can be provided upon request. Each room with en-suite bathroom. In the open style kitchen with dining and living area is a sofa bed for one person, as well as access to a large terrace with seating furniture. Apartment is equipped with satellite TV and DVD player. Kitchen is equipped with a cooktop with 4 cookers, oven, dishwashing machine, refrigerator with deep freezer, hot water kettle and filter coffee maker.
