Restaurants can be found within 50 m while a shop can be found within 200 m. Private parking in front of this holiday house. Private boat moorings are available in the nearby marina, but are not included in the price. The house contains 1 apartment and 4 rooms with breakfast, all rated 1st category (***). Breakfast is served on the large common terrace which is located on ground level. House pets are welcome in holiday rooms only.

• Apartment No.1 for 4-5 persons, 75 m2 floor area, is located on the 2nd floor. It contains one room with double-bed and additional bed, one double-bed room, two bathrooms, open style kitchen with dining and living area, dishwashing machine, microwave oven, air conditioning unit, sat TV, as well as a covered 12 m2 terrace with seating furniture and a view to the sea. 

• Rooms No.2-4 for 2-3 persons are located on the 1st floor. Each room contains double bed, additional bed, bathroom and balcony with a view to the sea (one room without balcony). 

• Room No.5 for 2 persons is located on the 1st floor. Room contains double bed and bathroom.
