This rather attractive holiday house is located in a
quiet location in Lopar, approximately
300 m from the sea and town centre. A restaurant can be found within 100
m and shop within 300 m. Private parking is available in front of the house.
Boat moorings are available in the San Marino harbour, but are not included
in the price. This recently renovated old house rated is 1st category (****)
and is luxuriously decorated and furnished. The host does not inhabit the
dwelling therefore guests enjoy the house in complete privacy. House pets
are welcome. Garden barbecue is available.
