in the upper area of the old town of
Rab close to the central town beach and park, nearby a variety of shops,
restaurants and cafes. As with all homes in the town center, there is no
private parking available. By acquiring a parking permit, however, you
can park anywhere in town without charge. A boat mooring is available in
Rab harbor but is not included in the price. Inspiring views of the old
town and sea are presented from this house. The house contains 2 apartments
and has a pleasant garden with available seating facilities.

Apartment No.1 for 4-8 persons, Ist category rating
(***) is located on the ground floor. It is comprised of two double bed
rooms, bathroom, kitchen with living room and terrace with a view to the
sea. Two additional double bed rooms with WC and shower can be added to
the apartment in order to accommodate up to 8 people.

(***) is located on the first floor and contains three double bed rooms,
three bathrooms, kitchen with living room and terrace and a view to the
sea.
