This holiday house is located in an appealing location in the township of Lopar, immediately by the sandy “Melak” beach. A restaurant can be found within 200 m and shop within 50 m. This holiday house has private onsite parking. Boat moorings can be obtained in the nearby harbour, but are not included in the price. This holiday house contains three apartments rated 1st category (***). Garden barbecue available. House pets are welcome.

 Apartments No.1-2 for 2-3 persons, approx. 40 m2 floor area, are located on the 2nd floor. Each apartment contains a room with double bed and additional bed, bathroom, open style kitchen with dining and living area, refrigerator with ice box, as well as a 12 m2 covered terrace with seating furniture and a view to the sea. Apartments share a common 20 m2 covered terrace with two sets of seating furniture and a view to the sea.

Apartment No.3 for 4-6 persons, approx. 80 m2 floor area, is located on the 1st floor. Apartment contains two rooms each with double bed and additional bed, bathroom, open style kitchen with dining and living area, refrigerator with ice box, as well as a 20 m2 covered terrace with seating furniture and a view to the sea. Another 18 m2 covered terrace with seating furniture and a view to the sea is situated at the entrance of this apartment.
