The house is located close to the sea and beach, as well as a variety of shops, restaurants and cafes. As with all homes in the town center, there is no private parking available. By acquiring a parking permit, however, you can park anywhere in town without charge. A boat mooring is available in Rab harbor but is not included in the price. The house contains one apartment with a Ist category rating (***) for 2-3 persons and 3 rooms for 2-3 persons. Shared terrace. 

• Apartment No.1 for 2-3 persons has a large living room with a kitchen and three beds, a WC and shower, and balcony from where you can enjoy a view to Rab harbor. 

• Rooms No.2-3 for 2 persons each contain a double bed, WC and shower. 

• Room No.4 for 3 persons has a double bed, support/supplementary bed and WC and shower
