This rather attractive holiday home is located in a quiet
location in the upper zone of the Old Town Center
of Rab and has wonderful views to the sea and Frkanj Peninsula. The house
is located right beside the sea and beach, while numerous shops, restaurants
and cafes can be found nearby. As with all homes in the town, private parking
is not available. By acquiring a parking permit, however, you can park
in town without charge. Boat moorings are available in Rab Harbor, but
are not included in the price. The house contains 4 rooms rated 1st category
(***) for 2 persons. Use of refrigerator is available. House pets are welcome
in rooms No.1 and 2.

at ground level and contains a double bed, bathroom and balcony, from where
you can enjoy in wonderful views of the sea and sunset.
