This family home is located in a quiet location in the upper area of the old town center with a great view to the sea and Frkanj peninsula. The house is located directly beside the sea and beach, close to a variety of shops, restaurants and cafes. Enjoy the shade of a wonderful and intimate garden. As with all homes in the town center, there is no private parking available. By acquiring a parking permit, however, you can park anywhere in town without charge. A boat mooring is available in Rab harbor but is not included in the price. The house contains 1 apartment with Ist category rating (***) for up to 4 persons, with two double bed rooms, WC/shower and small kitchen with dining room.
