This rather attractive, recently constructed family home
is located in a quiet location in Lopar-San
Marino, approximately 300 m from Rajska ("Paradise") Beach. A restaurant
and shop can be found within 100 m of the house. On site parking is available.
Boat moorings are available in the marina but are not included in the price.
The house contains two holiday apartments rated 1st category (****). Washing
(laundry) machine is available. House pets are not welcome.

floor and contains a double bed room, bathroom, kitchen with dining area
