This rather attractive holiday house is located directly
beside the sea in the settlement of Seget Vranjic near the town of Trogir.
Restaurants and shops can be found within 200 m. Parking is available in
front of the house. Private boat moorings in front of the house (but are
not included in the price). The house contains 7 apartments rated 1st category
(***). Garden barbecue is available. Use of clothes washing machine is
available. Wellness program available all day and includes an 8 by 5.5 m heated
Jacuzzi pool with air and hydro massage, swimming against the current programme,
submerged lights for night bathing as well as sun lounges and beach umbrellas. House pets are not welcome. A seaside promenade leads to a nearby
tourist complex with a rich offering of sports and recreation. Breakfast and
dinner are served in the salon or in the garden courtyards.
