This rather attractive holiday house is located in a
quiet setting in Permani above Opatija. This is an ideal stopover location
on your way to the sea or on your return trip. It also provides a good
basis for urban tourism to Opatija or Rijeka. It is located only 8 km away
from the border crossing of Rupa, 10 km from Rijeka and 5 km from Opatija.
A restaurant and shop can be found within 500 m. On site parking is available.
The house is centrally heated and contains a spacious apartment rated 1st
category (***) with 4 rooms that can also be rented separately. A child's
cot is available upon demand. Garden barbecue facilities. House pets are
welcome.
