This rather attractive, exclusive holiday villa is located in
a lovely but quiet location in Umag, on the northwestern coast of Istria. Umag
is a well known tourist center with numerous cultural and sporting events
throughout the year. The most popular event, off course, is the ATP Croatian
Open tennis tournament. Located only 2 km from the national border, Umag is
quite suitable even for short trips throughout the entire year. The center of
Umag is only 2 km away. A large shopping center is located 1 km away and 6
restaurants can be found within a distance of 200 m to 1 km. A public beach is
located within 4 km. Boat moorings are available in Umag Marina. Guests enjoy
this high quality furnished villa, which is fully air-conditioned and centrally
heated, all to themselves. Five parking spaces and garage for 2 vehicles are
located on site. House pets are welcome, for which a separate, fenced shelter,
is located in the garden. In the large yard, sheltered from unwanted gazes, is a
5.2 by 10.5 m heated pool (heating costs are charged on the spot), 2 outdoor
showers, garden barbecue, sauna, large covered terrace with a variety of seating
furniture, sun lounges, table tennis, billiard table and tennis court. House no.
361 is located in the neighborhood, enabling groups of up to 24 persons to be
accommodated in both buildings.

Villa Palma, for 8 to 12 persons, has
a floor area of 300 m2. Located on ground level is a large living room with sat
TV, grand sea aquarium, house bar and piano, large kitchen with dining area,
microwave oven, deep freezer and dishwasher, as well as a bathroom with washing
machine. The covered terrace and pool are accessed directly from the lounge room.
In the upper level of the house are two rooms with large double beds, two rooms
with separate beds, and a bathroom. All rooms have sat TV. Enclosed within the
Villa is a separate, self-contained apartment. Located on the lower level is a
lounge room with sat TV, kitchen and bathroom. A room with large double bed and
a room with separate beds are located on the upper level.
