This rather attractive holiday
house is located in an exceptional setting in Punat, immediately beside the sea,
Punat Marina and the seaside promenade. A shop can be found within 50 m and a
tranquil restaurant with a lovely terrace is situated on the ground floor of the
house itself. Offered are a la carte specialties as well as breakfast. This
holiday house offers guests one apartment rated 1st category (***). Private
parking is located in front of the house. A private boat mooring for smaller
vessels (up to 8 m) is located in the port in front of the house. Larger vessels
can be accommodated in Punat Marina. Clothes washing machine is available. House
pets are welcome.

Gallery apartment no.1 for 8-12 persons, floor area of approximately 90 m2, is
located on the 2nd floor. The lower level contains two double-bed rooms, two
bathrooms, kitchen, a rather spacious living room with fold-away couch for two
persons, sat TV, air conditioning unit, and 30 m2 furnished and shaded terrace
with a lovely view to the sea. The upper level of the gallery contains a triple
and double bed room. An additional bed is situated in a niche in the open area
of the gallery.
