This rather attractive holiday house is located in an
exceptionally quiet area by the sea and beach in the settlement of Vantacici
near Malinska. The private beach in front of the house has pebble and rock
sections, as well as concrete paved plateaus and a small wharf. A restaurant
can be found within 300 m and shop within 200 m. Vantacici is a small and
peaceful past fishing village about 3 km from Malinska. A seaside path
which passes by the house will take you directly to Malinska. .Private
shaded parking is available within the house yard. Boat moorings are available
in a nearby port, but are not included in the price. The house contains
a newly furnished holiday apartment with central heating. It is rated 1st
category (***). A groomed garden with barbecue and outdoor seating furniture
is available. Washing machine (for clothing) is available. House pets are
not welcome.
