This rather attractive, recently constructed exclusive
holiday house is located in an exceptionally quiet setting on the island
of Lopud, by Dubrovnik. The nearest sandy beach is just 200m away while
countless others can be found nearby. A shop is located within 500m and
restaurant within 100m. The house contains three spacious apartments rated
1st category (****), each one furnished to highest quality standards with
views to the sea in all directions. Since automobile access to Lopud Island
is prohibited, watched parking spaces are located on the mainland but are
not included in the price. Boat moorings are available in the port (not
included in the price). Guests have free bike access. Garden barbecue available.
House pets are welcome in apartments No. 1 & 2. Washing machine is
available.

on the 1st floor and contains two double bed rooms, bathroom, kitchen,
lounge room with sofa bed for two persons, sat TV, air conditioning and
two furnished loggia with views to the sea.

on the 2nd floor and contains two double bed rooms, bathroom, kitchen,
lounge room with sofa bed for two persons, sat TV, air conditioning and
two furnished terraces with views to the sea.

Apartment No.3 for 2-3 persons, 50m2 in size, is located
on the 1st floor and contains a double bed room, bathroom, kitchen, lounge
room with supplementary sleeping space, sat TV, air conditioning and large
furnished loggia with a view to the sea.
