attractive yet quiet location in Crikvenica, precinct of Kacjak, only 50
m from the sea. Kacjak Peninsula is quite popular because of its lovely
pebble beaches. A shop can be found within 150 m and restaurant within
200 m. The house contains 4 apartments and two rooms rated 1st category
(***). Parking is available in front of the house. Boat moorings are available
in the marina, but are not included in the price. A lovely garden with
outdoor seating furniture and barbecue is at your disposal. Clothes washing
machine is available. House pets are welcome. Child cot is available upon
request.
