This rather attractive holiday house is located in a
quiet and idyllic area of Crikvenica approximately 20 m from the sea. A
restaurant and shop can be found within 100 m. The house is rated 1st category
(****) and guests can enjoy the house completely to themselves. Guests
have access to a large garden-park with Mediterranean foliage and several
sets of outdoor seating furniture as well as swinging hammocks. Electrical
heating in every room. Private, shaded parking, beside the house. Private
boat mooring in a port near the house (not included in the price). Garden
barbecue. House pets are welcome.
