This rather attractive holiday house is located in a
quiet location in Jadranovo near Crikvenca approximately 20 m from the
sea. A shop and restaurant can be found within 50 m. The house contains
three apartments and three rooms with access to kitchen, rated 1st category
(***). Private parking is available. Three private boat moorings are available
in a port opposite the house, which can accommodate larger boats as well
(10 EUR/day). Garden barbecue is available. Clothes washing machine available.
House pets are welcome. Rooms have use of common dining area with sat TV
and fully equipped kitchen. Use of kitchen is included in the price.

Apartment No.1 for 4-6 persons is located at ground
level and contains two double bed rooms, bathroom, kitchen and dining area
with two supplementary sleeping spaces and furnished terrace with a view
to the sea.

Studio apartment No.2 for 2-4 persons is located on
the 1st floor and contains a large double bed room, two supplementary sleeping
spaces, kitchenette with brunch table, bathroom and furnished terrace with
a view to the sea.

Apartment No.3 for 6-9 persons is located on the 2nd
floor and gallery in the loft. The apartment is quite spacious and
is centrally heated. By adding additional support sleeping spaces, the
apartment can accommodate an even larger number of people. In the lower
level, quests will find a double bed room with supplementary sleeping space,
a single bed room with supplementary sleeping space, bathroom, kitchen
and spacious dining area (45m2) which can be fitted with additional sleeping
spaces, sat TV, a large furnished terrace with a view to the sea, and smaller
terraces and balconies also providing a view to the sea. A circular staircase
leads to the gallery where guests will find a large double bed room with
a supplementary sleeping space and bathroom. House pets are not welcome
in this apartment.

Room No.4 for 3 persons is located on the 1st floor
and contains a double bed, supplementary sleeping space, bathroom and furnished
terrace with a view to the sea.

floor and each contain a double bed, bathroom and furnished terrace with
